Rates per week are as follows:
- April – September (excluding Easter) £1,050
- October – March (excluding Christmas & New Year) £850
- Easter/Christmas/New Year Holiday £1,450
- A 20% deposit is payable on booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- A good housekeeping deposit of £200 is also required on booking, refundable with only standard exit clean required.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
- Standard rate based on 1 week. For shorter or longer rentals, please contact us for rates and availability.
