Summerlea Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellation policy – a full refund will only be available if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
  2. Entry from 2pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
  3. We ask that you treat our home as your own and please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
  4. Any damage or breakages will be charged for.
  5. Accommodation for a maximum of 8 people only.
  6. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
  7. Sorry, no pets allowed.
  8. The fenced off steep hillside area to the rear of the property is out of bounds for your own safety.
  9. Use of the children’s play equipment, including the trampoline, is entirely at your own risk (we would ask that children are supervised at all times whilst using the play equipment). Any damages, personal or to property, caused through the use of this equipment, is entirely your liability.
